How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Bookworm app on your device
- Go to your Profile / Settings
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile (email, display name)
- Credit balance and purchase history
- AI-generated content (illustrations, summaries, character cards)
- Reading progress and bookmarks
- Book metadata and processing records
What Is NOT Stored on Our Servers
- Your EPUB files — these are stored locally on your device only
Data Retention
Financial transaction records may be retained as required by law. Some anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we will process your request.
